Workspace layout
The sidebar groups tools into create, posts, workspace, and settings.
Create — compose new content, open Studio, run bulk workflows, and use Creators tools. Posts — Calendar, all posts, scheduled queue, drafts, and analytics. Workspace — Connections and multi-brand Workspaces. Settings — account, billing, integrations, and API keys.
Create & produce
New post
Compose once and publish or schedule to selected connected accounts.
- Pick text, image, or video depending on the format you need.
- Attach media, write captions, and choose destinations per post.
- Publish immediately or set a schedule time before confirming.
Studio
Record, script, trim, and export video without leaving Prostnow.
- Use the teleprompter and script area for spoken content.
- Trim, crop, and export finished clips for scheduling.
- Check format guides for safe zones and aspect ratios.
Bulk tools
Handle volume when one post at a time is too slow.
- Bulk video upload — queue many files, apply one caption, spread across days.
- Bulk image upload — schedule many images in one session.
- Bulk video creation — AI-assisted 2×2 grid videos in batch (beta).
Creators & design toolkit

Connections
