    Getting started

    Connect your profiles, publish your first post, and understand when Prostnow fits into your growth workflow.

    Before you connect

    Prostnow works best once your accounts are ready to scale.

    Warm up new accounts first

    For brand-new TikTok or Instagram profiles, post from the native apps for about 7 days and publish your first ~10 videos from your phone before connecting to Prostnow. This follows platform trust patterns and reduces early connection issues.

    When your accounts are warmed up, open Connections and connect each profile with official OAuth. Prostnow never asks for your platform passwords.

    Connect your first account

    1. 1Open Dashboard → Connections and choose the network you want to add.
    2. 2Complete OAuth in the platform's own sign-in window.
    3. 3Confirm the profile appears as connected — you can connect multiple profiles on the same network.

    Publish your first post

    1. 1Go to Create and pick text, image, or video depending on your content.
    2. 2Write your caption and attach media if needed.
    3. 3Select one or more connected destinations, then publish now or pick a schedule time.

    Text posts

    X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads.

    Image posts

    Carousels and static posts across image-friendly networks.

    Video posts

    Short-form and long-form video to every connected destination.

    Schedule ahead

    After your first post goes live, open the Calendar to see what is queued and when. Batch a week of proven formats instead of posting reactively — especially once you know which hooks and formats perform on each network.

    Drafts stay in Drafts until you schedule or publish them. Scheduled posts appear on the Calendar and in Scheduled.

    When to scale further

    Upload or schedule many videos or images at once when volume picks up.

    Record, script, trim, and export without switching apps.

    Analytics

    Review what resonates per network after ~2 weeks of posting.
