Prostnow is the control room for everything after your accounts earn trust.
This guide teaches organic growth on TikTok and Instagram first. Prostnow enters when you are ready to compose once, schedule ahead, and publish across every network you connect—without replacing the warmup and mobile-first posting this playbook requires.
When to start
Do not connect brand-new accounts on day one. Warm up in native apps for ~7 days, publish your first ~10 posts from the phone, then connect profiles in Connections and scale with scheduling and bulk tools.

Typical workflows
Produce a winning short
- Use Studio to record, script, trim, and export—or edit in CapCut and upload.
- Open Video posts or New post, attach the file, and tailor captions per destination.
- Publish now from the app on early posts; schedule via Calendar once the account is trusted.
Scale cadence without losing quality
- Batch proven formats in Bulk tools (video or image upload, or AI-assisted grid videos).
- Cross-post winners to Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and X from one composer—adapt hooks and CTAs per network.
- Check Analytics weekly; retire formats that stall and clone what clears your bar.
Multiple brands or clients
Create separate workspaces so connections, drafts, and queues never mix. Each new social account still needs its own warmup before you schedule heavily through Prostnow.
Reach, scheduling & trust
Prostnow publishes through each platform's official APIs—the same class of access approved third-party tools use. Scheduling through Prostnow does not automatically reduce reach; skipping warmup or posting identical spam across ten cold accounts does.
