Step 3: Content Market Fit
Step 3: Content Market Fit
Section 4 of 7
Now it's time to create content and post.
After warmup, you are ready to publish — not random posts, but content that checks a few important boxes.
What you are looking for
You want a winning format — content that reliably reaches meaningful views and attracts people who could use your product (your ICP).
Use videos you saved during warmup as inspiration. It is fine if early posts are imperfect; you refine by testing. When you post, your first comment, caption, or on-video CTA should connect to your app — views without a path to your business are less useful.
Do not make content that feels like a cold ad. If it feels like an ad, people scroll away. Lead with value: educate, entertain, relate, or help.
Start with one post per day on each warmed account. Quality beats spraying many low-effort posts.
Today's mission
- Make your first video using one of your saved viral videos as inspiration.
- Post only one video per day (quality over quantity).
- Optimize for watch time and comments — those signals matter.
How to make content that gets views
Step 1: Use a simple editor (e.g. CapCut)
Edit on phone or desktop. Recreate hooks and pacing from saves that performed well.
Step 2: Get the audio
For saved videos, reuse the same energy: use platform tools or royalty-safe audio that matches the format you are remixing.
Step 3: Recreate the format
- Keep a strong hook in the first seconds.
- Adapt the context to your niche.
- Put CTAs in caption or pinned comment if the video itself should stay native and non-salesy.
Step 4: Focus on what matters
Watch time and comments. Hook viewers early; spark replies when it fits the piece.
Step 5: Test and double down
When a format repeatedly clears your bar (for example 1k+ views with the right audience), make variations. If a format stalls, try another angle — businesses find different winners.
Step 3 checklist
- Install a free editor you like
- Pull audio or structure from a saved reference
- Publish your first format test from the mobile app
- Review performance and iterate the next day
⚠️ Don't do this
- Posting 5–6 videos a day before one format works
- Obviously promotional, ad-like shorts
- Giving up after a handful of posts — iteration is normal
